An exciting finish to any outfit and brilliant for faeries and pixies as well as gothic or burlesque performers. Faerie Mini Top Hats are all one-off creations and can be in any colour, with a range of decorations. All Top hats are around 10cm across by 13cm high, and are mounted on a comfortable hair band so they sit easily on your head. Please contact me if you want something a little smaller or if you prefer it mounted onto a hair slide/comb.
